"Low Over Florida" - Bertha Stays East

Weak low pressure circulation centered over South Florida to be near Cape Canaveral later today leaves
little in steering. If it goes up over you, it might rain itself over you. Could be a waterspout given moisture
and light winds aloft, or perhaps a funnel where there is some kind of outflow boundary collision from
opposing rain showers and/or storms, Not expecting a big coverage though all in all due to slow storm motion
but big rainfall totals could occur where a storm does .   Things change tomorrow as low moves north.
Strong storms possible Tuesday – Friday though, steered slowly from west to east with colder air aloft. That is all.
