Clloudy Then Rain

Today will be characterized by mostly cloudy skies this morning as an upper level impulse moves overhead this morning. Clouds will break some by late this morning, but in general, it will be at least partly cloudy by afternoon with a high near 70 except right along the immediate coast which will be under the influence of the nearby very cool ocean water.

The big change begins later tomorrow as a more vigorous disturbance approaches by late Wednesday afternoon. Rain should be much more likely overnight into Thursday which will have a high chance of rainfall...and maybe some thunder.
